Aim Higher Initiative
The Aim Higher initiative is a programme implemented by Nuguide to promote participation and widen access to education for all deserving individuals. We believe a country that widens access to and invest in education for her citizens is greatly securing its future. With national visions set and everyone carried along, academic and advancements dreams can collectively be achieved.
It is right for citizens to have dreams. But it is right and just for the society to assist the citizens in realizing those dreams. Through regular outreach programmes and visit to schools we encourage individuals especially the youths to aim high.
What it involves
We visit schools to meet students and team up with teachers and education providers in our effort to motivate and make positive impact on the ambitions of students. We design means to raise their attainments in life, widen access to higher education, increase their chances of success in life, and help them with the right knowledge to make informed decision about the future, enjoy the benefits of education and technical innovation.
How it works
The programme is built around students and education stakeholders. Education is the best tool to shape the mind and the mind is best shaped from an early stage onwards. We provide and help both students and education stakeholders with appropriate information. We bring information on education to those that greatly need it and we do this in various ways. To achieve this, we implement the following measures.
